That's one place I've wanted to go for years, ever since I read "The Origin," a historical novel about Charles Darwin. I do believe they would serve it with popcorn :-) At Imperio Inca, our local Peruvian restaurant, they serve different types of cold cooked corn along with the ceviche platter. Good stuff.
